The first ever live casino studio in Brazil is being set up by Games Global and Spin Gaming.
Brazil is a vital target market for a lot of iGaming companies right now due to the fact that the South American company launched its regulated online gambling market on 1 January 2025.
Many operators are hoping to earn a slice of the pie in Brazil as a result, with live casino games among those that are becoming increasingly popular with local players.
And a new deal with Games Global and Brazilian company Spin Gaming means that a new live dealer studio is being created in the city of Sao Paulo.
The first training academy for live casino dealers in Brazil has also been founded by the firms.
Games Global Hails Landmark Deal
Ricardo Regner, Games Global’s director for the LatAm region, said the deal is a significant one for the company when it comes to building its operations in South America.
Commenting on the move, he said: “Brazil is a dynamic, ever-evolving market, and the importance of a local touch when it comes to operations in the country cannot be overstated.”
Regner went on to point out new markets such as Brazil, which is being targeted by a lot of iGaming companies from around the world, are a key part of Games Global’s future plans.
“This landmark deal with Spin Gaming not only highlights Games Global’s unwavering commitment to delivering tailored solutions to local markets,
but also highlights our drive to support iGaming infrastructure in emerging jurisdictions.”
Established in 2022, Games Global boasts a vast library of over 1,300 proprietary games.
Games Global already has an office in Sao Paulo as part of its efforts to grow in the South American market, while the company is also placing a strong focus on Peru.

Made By Brazilians
Local solutions are often valued across the iGaming sector and Spin Gaming said in a statement it is proud to have been on board with Games Global.
The company’s co-founder, Fred Ring, pointed out the solution was developed by locals.
He said:
“We are proud to present a solution made in Brazil, by Brazilians, to international standards. Our studio is a benchmark in Latin America, and our team was trained at the country’s first dealer and game presenter academy.”
Live casinos are often based in Eastern European countries, which helps iGaming companies to keep costs down as their overheads are lower in this part of the world.
But by opting to set up Brazil’s first locally produced live casino, Spin Gaming is hoping the company will receive a welcome boost to its growing reputation.
Co-founder Ring added:
“The partnership with Games Global allows us to leverage its extensive global iGaming expertise to streamline efficiency and elevate the overall quality of our offering as we continue our mission to become the local champion, a household name in the Brazilian live casino space.”
Brazil A Key iGaming Market
Brazil is currently seen as one of the most important countries in the world for iGaming.
With a population in the region of 200 million and huge interest in sports such as football as well as online casino games, the industry could grow at a rapid rate in Brazil.
Aposta Ganha and Rei do Pitaco are among the locally owned companies looking to build quickly in Brazil, but they face competition from global giants such as Bet365 and Betsson.
Some political figures are also pushing for further regulation changes in the coming years.
Senator Irajá Abreu wants land-based casinos to be legalised in Brazil, with the politician stating that this move might be able to generate around BRL20 billion (US$3.7 billion) in taxes.
He has noted how bingo, casinos and jogo do bicho – a staple of Brazilian culture – are all operating in legal grey areas and could instead be helping to boost public finances.
