Playtech Announces Expanded Bingo Deal With SkillOnNet
Playtech and SkillOnNet have announced the expansion of their exclusive online bingo deal.
As a result of the expanded partnership between the two iGaming companies, Playtech will be the exclusive bingo provider for SkillOnNet in the UK and Mexico.
This means that SkillOnNet’s online casino brands such as PlayOjo and PlayUZU will only feature bingo games that are powered by Playtech’s technology.
Zingo Bingo, which is a new bingo brand that has launched under the SkillOnNet umbrella, has also made its UK debut thanks to the new deal between the two firms.
Playtech is widely regarded in the industry as being one of the leading providers of B2B bingo technology, while SkillOnNet is continuing to push forward with its international expansion.
Strong Validation For Playtech’s Platform
The news of the expanded partnership with SkillOnNet and Playtech was confirmed in a statement that was released on November 18.
Playtech’s chief interactive gaming officer, Marat Koss, said the company was “pleased and excited” to welcome SkillOnNet to the Playtech Bingo Network.
He added in a statement:
Their decision to migrate their iconic brands like PlayOjo to our new Next-Gen iBingo platform is a strong validation of our technology and long-term bingo strategy.
We look forward to continuing our close collaboration with the SkillOnNet team as we build on our shared success and drive further growth across key markets.
Playtech has also teamed up with UK online casino sites such as Fruity King to bring its online bingo technology to as many players as possible.
The expanded deal with SkillOnNet comes a short time after Playtech set up a landmark long-term partnership with ProgressPlay over online bingo technology usage.
ProgressPlay’s white-label bingo offering is a next-generation product that is already in place across more than 120 UK gambling sites.

New Marketing Campaign In The Works
SkillOnNet will be looking to promote its linkup with Playtech with a new marketing campaign.
Head of bingo for the company, Malcolm Farrimond, stated that SkillOnNet was “delighted” to be continuing to link up with Playtech to use its bingo platform technology.
He added:
To mark the launch of the new PlayOjo bingo, we will produce a large-scale ATL and digital marketing campaign, including strategic TV sponsorship deals.
The strength of Playtech’s technology, combined with the scale of its Bingo network, makes them the ideal partner to support our growth. We’re confident this collaboration will deliver great value to our players and look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship.
SkillOnNet will be able to get shared liquidity across networked rooms as a result of the new terms, while benefiting from enhanced player engagement tools as well as dedicated support.

Online Bingo Games Popularity Booms
In the UK alone, research has found that there are around 3.5 million players using online bingo games every week.
This helps to make online bingo one of the most popular forms of gambling in the country.
With the gross gambling yield of the online bingo sector in the UK already exceeding €700 million annually, it is clear that this can be an increasingly profitable area for operators.
The UK gaming market as a whole has been projected to reach £29.4 billion by the year 2027.
Playtech’s bingo technology is already very popular across the industry and the newly expanded partnership with SkillOnNet is a sign that the company is well placed to capitalise on the growth.
